Fast Track Apprenticeship - Early Years Educator

We are excited to offer a fast-track opportunity to qualify to a Level 3 Early Years Educator within our award-winning settings across the East Midlands. We recognise many talented individuals are limited from working within our Nurseries due to the Department for Educations qualification guidelines. This is an apprenticeship position where you will undertake a mix of coursework and hands on learning.

If you are: a Childminder, Teaching Assistant, Nanny, Residential Childcare Worker, SEND Support Workers, Foster Carer, School Club co-ordinators, Teacher, Play Worker, Youth Worker, or have worked in a similar sector, we welcome your application.

Our Offer:

• Bonus rate of pay for your experience- £7.55 per hour plus a £2.45 per hour bonus

• Fast track to gain a full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education.

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in the education/ Early Years or Childcare Sector. (Will require reference or supporting evidence).
• Must hold a minimum level 2 qualification relating to Children.

• May hold a level 2 or above of a qualification that is not recognised as full and relevant in by the DFE in the Early Years Sector.

Please note the discretionary bonus per hour is only issued if you are on track your learning and verified by your assessor.
